AboutDownloadsDocumentsForumsSource CodeIssues
The first package contains a full body musculoskeletal model with a muscle-actuated lower extremity and torque actuated trunk and upper extremity. The second package contains this, along with a sample simulation of a subject walking and running.
Full Body Model
This contains the full body OpenSim model and associated geometry files for visualization in the GUI.
Compatible with OpenSim 4.0

In this release, the motion_type of the patella coordinates (knee_angle_r_beta, knee_angle_l_beta) were changed from "rotational" to "Coupled." Additionally, the Geometry file hat_ribs_scap.vtp was converted from a binary VTP file to an ascii VTP file.

[7/30/2016] Original release files. [9/2/2016] Minor update to model (osim) file: "left_leg", "hip_abd_l", and "hip_exrot_l" muscle lists updated to include 'piri_l'. This does *not* add a new muscle to the model or affect simulation results in any way; it only facilitates searching/visualizing/plotting of all muscles in a functional group. [10/13/2016] Fixed typo in left patella visualization file (l_pat.vtp -> l_patella.vtp)

Additionally, the Geometry file hat_ribs_scap.vtp was converted from a binary VTP file to an ascii VTP file. Lastly, all MOT files and Kinematics Storage (STO) files were updated so that the knee_angle_r_beta and knee_angle_l_beta columns have the correct units.
