1. Download the document file Pre-process MAS OpenSIM files.doc. 2. Download the file containing the Matlab scripts - Pre-process_NMB_data.zip. 3. Unzip the scripts in a folder and add the folder to the Matlab path. 4. Download and unzip the sample input and output data - Sample_Input_Output_Data.zip. 5. Follow the instructions in Pre-process MAS OpenSIM files.doc.
