Patches 09/20/2011 The overlap scale factors used in the AMOEBA implicit solvent calculations of the OBC Born radii were not being set correctly when the TINKER-OpenMM interface was used. The box dimensions were not being updated in the TINKER output, including the dyn file. A bug was found when pressure-coupling was applied with the AMOEBA force-field. This is fixed in OpenMM svn revision number 2938.
