Pharmatopia is a collection of tools that are integrated into the Pharmatopia database.

These tools allow users to enter a small molecule and obtain information on potential biological targets, gene expression, toxicity and other properties.

Alternatively a user may enter a protein site, or gene and obtain a ranked list of potential inhibitors for that protein.
