Tendon forces (files "_Force_" in OpenSim 2.4.1 and "_TendonForce" in OpenSim 3.0) obtained from the MuscleAnalysis tool are too large!
The Plotter functionality (right click > Export Data) is used as workaround instead.
Enclosed files:
- OpenSim model with related geometry subfolder
- kinematics input (generalized coordinates)
- tendon forces from MuscleAnalysis
- tendon forces from Plotter
ZIP file with model, kinematics input, tendon forces from MuscleAnalysis and Plotter
/** ERROR WHEN TRYING TO DOWNLOAD FILES
After many attempts on Firefox and IE browser, I could not attach the ZIP file with the enclosed files even by checking the box bfefore "Check to Upload & Attach File".
I got every time following error message:
"Tracker Item: Missing Parameters
:ArtifactFile: File name, type, size, and data are required" |
