Create base-block representation of RNA.

Detailed description
Represent bases by nearly space-filling polyhedra. Top and bottom are represented by parallel planes. The rest of the shape is cut out cookie-cutter fashion in the shape of the rings. Represent phosphates by either spheres or truncated tetrahedra. Maybe represent ribose by sugar cubes.
