Add CustomIntegrator::getGlobalVariableByName() function?

Detailed description
For CustomIntegrator, it would be useful to have a getGlobalVariableByName(std::string& name) method to correspond to the setGlobalVariableByName() method.
For CustomIntegrator, it would be useful to have a getGlobalVariableByName(std::string& name) method to correspond to the setGlobalVariableByName() method.
