Detailed description
I use SolidWorks for devices that attach to the human body orthototics, prosthetics, backpacks, etc. I would like to use the SolidWorks mates to connect my device to the OpenSim body model, and use the OpenSim analysis tools from the SolidWorks interface. This would require the translation of SolidWorks mates into SimBody joint and coordinate definitions. SolidWorks has lots of mates, and some are very advanced. If there was a subset of the SolidWorks mates that were admissible for this purpose, that would be an acceptable limitation.
