Static Optimization output STO files contain excess header entries

Detailed description
There are two excess header entries in the attached STO, both of which are names of my ExternalForce's. Right_GRF, Left_GRF. Also, there are header entries for my other Force's that do NOT have activations. The header row has 124 entries but every data row only has 122 entries. This makes it difficult to import the data into MATLAB, Python, etc.
