Dear SimTK team,
recently I downloaded your updated SWEETLEAD library and I am not able to open the sdf file in Maestro Schroedinger Software (v. 13.6), due to error report: "SD property "22878" does not begin with '>'" I tried correcting the text of the sdf file via NotePad app and after trying again to import the structures, there was again an error report: "SD property "25082" does not begin with '>'". Basically always when I try to correct the text, another line of the text is missing ">". Have you maybe experienced similar issue? Is there any way how to make it work? Thank you very much for your response.
