Summary:
pennation angle as a function of joint angle

Detailed description
There are several good papers out there on the dependence of muscle pennation angle with the joint angle it spans - in some muscles for example, the Brachialis muscle, pennation angle can vary quite considerably with elbow joint angle. Currently muscle models assume a constant pennation angle, but in future, it would be great to be able to have the option of specifying say a spline curve of the pennation angle/joint angle relationship (similar to how SimBody defines the Joint DofSet for translation and rotation)

Cheers,

Tim
