Detailed description
Similar to Gromacs' white paper about their 1/8th shell approach, it would be very useful to have a detailed explanation of the parallelization strategy used by OpenMM. This would be useful mainly to developers interested in extending and improving these algorithms if necessary, and also knowing the reason for potential speedups/slowdowns when applied to their own codes.
