DataTracking
The goal of this project is to perform full-body 3D dynamic optimization simulations of human locomotion by driving a neuromusculoskeletal model toward in vivo measurements of body-segmental kinematics and ground reaction forces. Direct collocation is implemented in this project. Two examples provided in this package demonstrate the use of direct collocation to solve the data-tracking problems for walking and running.
