Spine Model Project

This package contains the base spine model, geometry, Matlab scripts and output model and geometries. The path to the base spine model is passed to the Matlab script. The script outputs a modified model and geometries. See the attached document for an overview of the changes made by the script.

Base spine model as input to the fixspinemodel.m script. This is Christophys lumber model with a number of modifications; Custom joint added to each T segment with ROM constraints, a C7 vertebra has also been added which did not appear in the original model.
