Last 3 weeks:



·         Updating metrics (in process) – we now have over 6100 Simtk.org
members!



·         Workshops

o   MD workshop series (June 24-26th):  went well with many participants
staying to the end of the day, working on their own projects.  The AMBER
developers made headway on incorporating OpenMM into AMBER.

o   Workshop material (slides, photos,
) is now on-line except for the
video, which will be up soon.

§  Links to the projects for the workshop material have been added in
several locations, including the Simbios dissemination project:

·         NIH projects

o   Updated biositemap specs and example file

o   Collected and provided DBP info for ncbcs.org website





This week:



·         Send out requests for testimonial letters for myosin DBP and
cardiovascular DBP

·         Interviews for short article on MSMBuilder in next issue of BCR

·         Strategic planning for next 6 months – if you have specific
ideas you’d like to have considered in regards to dissemination, please
email me!
