Dear users,

We have released a new version of MSMBuilder (v1.0.1) that fixes scipy 
and Gromacs compatibility issues.  MSMBuilder 1.0.1 should work with any 
current release of scipy (presently up to scipy v0.9) without giving 
strange implied timescales.  It should also work with all 4.x releases 
of Gromacs.

The new release is available under the Downloads link on the MSMBuilder 
homepage (https://simtk.org/project/xml/downloads.xml?group_id=357).

We highly recommend using the Virtual Machine with MSMBuilder, Gromacs, 
and the MSMBuilder tutorials pre-installed for ease of use.  If you 
prefer to do your own installation, please let us know if you encounter 
any more problems with scipy or gromacs compatibility.
