[Msmexplorer-news] Version 0.02 Released

[msmexplorer]

Alpha version 0.02 has been released!

This is the second alpha release of MSMExplorer
Several improvements including TPT graph layout on equilibrium 
probability axis, native MSM open, GraphML save, node visibility 
filtering based on equilibrium probability, graph statistics, proper 
self-edge rendering.
