[Openmm-betatesters] OpenMM 7.0 release candidate

A release candidate of OpenMM 7.0 is now available.  If no serious problems are found in the next several days, we'll declare this build to be the official release.

To install it with conda use this command:

conda install -c omnia/label/pre openmm

The "/label/pre" is what tells it to install the prerelease build of 7.0 rather than the latest official release.  If you previously installed the beta version, you should first uninstall that by typing

conda uninstall openmm-beta
