<html><head><meta http-equiv="Content-Type" content="text/html charset=windows-1252"></head><body style="word-wrap: break-word; -webkit-nbsp-mode: space; -webkit-line-break: after-white-space;">Hello all, <div><br><div><div>I am interested in presenting mechanistic approach for population modeling. </div><div>Also, I am interested in attending such a panel discussion. </div><div><br></div><div>I am pretty new in this Population Modeling working group and I think I never introduced myself. </div><div>My PhD works were on modeling HIV (prey-predator model / mechanistic models) between immune cells and viruses in order to individualize the treatment (drug dose reduction — proof of concept).</div><div>We also tried to compare mechanistic approach and Marginal structural models to estimate in population the treatment effect of HAART in observational studies. </div><div>If it is of any interest, please find attached some slides to illustrate. </div><div>I am now working in Harvard School of public Health on methods to adjust for missing data in cluster randomized trials.</div><div><br></div><div>Thank you very much. </div><div>have a nice day,</div><div>Best regards, </div><div>Mélanie.</div><div><br></div><div></div></div></div><br><br>
