I downloaded the file simvascular-2.0.10129-darwin-x86_64.dmg from https://simtk.org/project/xml/downloads.xml?group_id=188. I've also try version 1 with the same results. Is it necessary to install other softwares before Simvascular? I've tried it on a 64bit PC with windows 8.1 and it was working properly, but I need to install it on a mac.
