All the efforts to identify injury kinematics for non-contact ACL injury will be documented here.
Goals
- Development of a pipeline based on study by Kim et al (1) to identify injury kinematics when bone bruise locations are provided.
- Test the pipeline on specimens from Open Knee(s) project where approximate bone bruise locations will be provided.
- Test sensitivity of results to bone bruise locations.
Tools
- Segmentation: 3D Slicer
- Programming: Python3
