All the efforts to identify injury kinematics for non-contact ACL injury will be documented here.

Goals

  • Development of a pipeline based on study by Kim et al (1) to identify injury kinematics when bone bruise locations are provided.
  • Test the pipeline on specimens from Open Knee(s) project where approximate bone bruise locations will be provided.
  • Test sensitivity of results to bone bruise locations.

Tools

  • Segmentation: 3D Slicer
  • Programming: Python3

Development

  • Project overview - Overview

  • Weekly goals (April 06, 2020 - July 24, 2020) - Goals
