• Robb
  • Evaluate post-experiment pressure sensor calibration with patellofemoral joint testing data.
  • Upload post-experiment pressure sensor calibration file to oks004 data folder in Midas.
  • Update pressure calibration wiki page to describe specifics of calibration.
  • Follow up with Martin in lieu of Snehal about Mach-1 issues.
• Tara
  • Provide explanation in oks004 wiki page about the implications of non-zero off-axis loads in laxity testing data.
• Robb and Tara
  • Implement control scheme to further minimize off-axis loads in laxity testing data.
• Craig
  • Separate MR images into relevant sequences for ease of use and access.
  • Commit video data reduction script to the utilities folder in the source code repository.

  • Try to convert Open Knee(s) - Generation 1 model to FEBio version 2.0 using PreView.

• Snehal
  • In a readme file, provide the link for the MR image renaming code, including a summary of licensing.
  • Evaluate if video data collection is needed for unconfined compression of cartilage and meniscus samples.
  • Ask Martin Garon of Biomomentum Inc. to provide a demonstration of camera and displacement/load data synchronization.
  • Troubleshoot the system to evaluate if video collection causes software crash.
