Immediate Action Items:

• Craig
  • Put sample MR images for oks007 on wiki.
  • Contact computing services to install glib-c libraries.
• Snehal and Craig
  • Verify pivot shift script is working.
  • Get pivot shift simulation runnning with cut back.
• Snehal
  • Start working on discussion and references for pivot shift manuscript.
• Snehal and Robb
  • Explore tuning of tissue testing system to get ideal ramp loading behaviour.
  • Test tissue samples at 20%/s and 100%/s rates to evaluate testing capabilities.

Notes:

1. Discuss immediate action items from the last meeting.
   • Craig is making corrections to the python script to run pivot shift simulations. Currently FEBio postview is only running on Snehal's computer and Craig and Snehal are trying to troubleshoot the script and running simulations.
   • Robb and Snehal will go over Mach-1 tuning issues this week.
   • Robb, Tara and Ahmet provided inputs on pivot shift manuscript introduction.
   • Snehal updated the introduction and sent it to Dr. Saluan for review.
   • Ahmet and Robb also updated the methods section for Pivot shift manuscript.
2. Discuss pivot shift manuscript development.
   • Snehal and Craig will continue to work on the script and run the simulations this week.
   • The script will be tested for each degree of freedom first before running the entire pivot shift simulation. Script is currently set up to run the loading profile with any desired scaling factor.

   • Immediate action items were assigned and agreed upon by the team.

   • Robb will continue to work with facilities to install emergency alarm system for the freezers.
   • Snehal gave an overview of the Open Knee(s) grant to Callan.
