  • Update/review geometry generation specifications to accommodate smooth STL generation.
• Craig
  • Provide sample MR images for oks008 in the relevant wiki page.
• Snehal
  • Continue testing all tissue types at 20%/s to evaluate the capacity for a simplified testing scheme (for next two weeks).
  • Send Ahmet online site to buy a camera for optical measurement system.
• Robb
  • Conduct post-experiment calibration of pressure sensor used for oks008 testing.
• Connor
  • Continue segmenting registration markers.
  • Move registration marker segmentation files to appropriate specimen folders with appropriate labeling.
  • Update wiki to analyze patella registration marker analysis.

  • Work with Robb to conduct verification of contact pressure analysis with Robb and Tara (using Tekscan original files).
  • Update wiki to include patellofemoral joint kinematics/kinetics.
  • Rename segmented volumes from oks001 and oks002 and place in relevant folder in source code repository.
