  • Work on segmentation of MCL of oks001.
  • Read first draft of magnetic resonance imaging manuscript.

  • Start incorporating manual segmentation details into segmentation specifications.
  • Incorporate oks001 registration marker segmentations from summer students work to oks001 segmentation set.
  • Expand documentation on registration marker segmentation.

  • Meet to finalize segmentation labeling specifications.

  • Change protocols for tissue testing to separate zero load displacement estimation using "find contact".
  • Expand documentation of the results of tissue testing protocol evaluations.
