  • Expand documentation on geometry generation by sample images.
  • Document generation of raw surfaces with no smoothing and decimation.
  • Generate raw surfaces for oks001 tissue geometries.
  • Check contact pressure analysis scripts to resolve unit mismatches in plots.

  • Work together to generate of aggregated contact pressure plots for patellofemoral joint manuscript.
