Notes:

   • Most action items were related to the ongoing agenda items; refer to discussions below.
2. Discuss progress of tissue testing protocol evaluation.
   • Snehal continued evaluating and documenting the testing protocols; this time for the meniscus in unconfined compression and for ligament and tendons. The unconfined compression test for meniscus was not repeatable. Snehal suspected that this may have been due to specimen moving around during pre-cycling, particularly at zero strain. She will change the pre-conditioning to go from 5% to 15% compressive strain to alleviate this issue. Tensile testing of ligament and tendon samples was not found to be repeatable. Clamping may be an issue. Snehal will try using sand paper for securing the tissue to clamp.
