Are the muscles in your model Thelen? It could be reaching a discontinuity?
Try switching to Millard Muscle and see if it helps solving the problem maybe?

Hi, I am getting this error when trying to run OpenSim via Matlab on a new computer. I have run the ConfigureOpenSim.m file and it says that the path have been updated successfully. When I restart Matlab, and write the command model=org.opensim.modeling.Model(); this error comes up. OpenSim error.JP...

Re: OpenSim on Linux
The org-opensim-modeling.jar file is there on the HPC.
Should I expect any major difference between OpenSim 3.3 and the beta 4.0 or code written for 3.3 would work equivalently on the new 4.0 beta?
Thanks for your help,

Re: OpenSim on Linux
Hi Christopher,
Thank you for the quick response. The beta 4.0 OpenSim was also installed on the HPC. Would that possibly work?

Hi, I aplogise if I am not using the right technical terms in this post but my question is in regards with using OpenSim via Linux and Matlab. SO failing...what happens to that frame?
Hi,
I was just wondering what happens to the activations/forces if SO is failing for only a few frames during a trial?
What happens at those time points in the .sto output file? Do those time point just become "blank"? Can we identify those points in the .sto file afterwards?
Thank you,
Erica
