Are you trying to do threshold or levelset batch segmentation?

Batch level set on that pane uses the legacy levelset system, which is slated for removal, and may not work. It should be removed from up coming releases.

Running simulations from the GUI is currently still under development. Right now, on OSX, its still not working quite right, we are aware of the issue, and are working on a solution. You can run this simulation from the GUI if you install MPICH2 through macports. You need to install the mpich-gcc46 ...

MeshSim licenses is something completely unrelated to the issue you're having. Right now, DICOM support in SimVascular is limited, we are working on improving this. In the meantime, many users use another software to convert DICOM files to another format such as mha, or vti. Many users use paraview,...
