Determination of joint moments
Sir I did a project on Wrist model to grasp a ball.I created a motion file for the wrist model to achieve the ball grasp activity.I wanted to calculate joint moments and muscle moments of the finger joints and muscles.I carried out the following steps 1.I created contact spheres on each finger segme...

Contact Spheres on bone segments or muscles segments
Hi I wanted to calculate the joint moments and muscle moments for a ball grasp activity using wrist model.I created a contact sphere covering the ball.And also contact spheres on the segments of the fingers Proximal phalanx and distal phalanx.I did this to calculate the moments generated while the c...

Re: Static optimization execution problem
(For Wrist model) But joint moments obtained from Inverse dynamics is not wrong for the same motion file right? .

Introducing Reserve actuators
Hi
I would like to know What are reserve actuators and what is the purpose of introducing them to the model.Could you give me an example

Revolute Axes masses
There are revolute axis like auxprem,auxdred in Open Sim wrist model.Where would I find the masses for those bodies or I should assume myself.Since SO runs after providing mass to those bodies .
Thank you
Thank you

Significance of Filter in Static Optimization
Hi I have a list of queries regarding Static optimization in Wrist model for holding objects 1.What is the significance of filter in Static optimization ?. 2.Why do the graph varies before and after filter and which result have to be taken ?. 3.The default filter value is 6 Hz.What if we increase or...

@Tom Uchida
Thanks a lot sir
I am using Wrist model.I now made sure that All the relevant body masses are non zero.It got executed
