Hii Dave,
Is there any update regarding the TAWSS and OSI of the models present in Vascular Model Repository
I would be eagerly waiting to hear from you.
Thanking You

Re: Error in Create data file for simulation
Hi Dave, I am still getting the following error message wile creating data files for 3D simulation. I am facing this issue for my own models and also for models downloaded from Vascular Model Repository. However, these models are working fine in other computers and workstation and I am not getting t...

Re: Error in Create data file for simulation
Hii Dave, I have installed the gfortran, openmpi and vtk using the following commands: sudo apt-get install gfortran sudo apt-get install openmpi-bin mkdir $HOME/vtk cd $HOME/vtk wget https://www.vtk.org/files/release/8.2/VTK-8.2.0.tar.gz tar xvf VTK-8.2.0.tar.gz mkdir build cd build cmake -DBUILD_S...

Wall Shear Stress - 3D simulation versus 1D ROM simulation
Dear All, The flow rate and pressure data at any cross-section can be easily compared between Full Scale 3D Simulation and 1D ROM Simulation using the converted results from SimVascular. But is there any way to compare the wall shear stress between 3D and 1D ROM Simulation? I have the contour plot o...

Re: Error in Create data file for simulation
Hii Pratik and Dave, I previously performed simulations using SimVascular (svsolver) and it worked successfully. After installing SimVascular on a separate workstation, I am facing this same issue while creating data files for 3D simulation. I am running simulation for my own model (not from Vascula...

Unable to find Simvascular Preferences tab
I am unable to find the SimVascular preferences tab. I am willing to set the path of MPI.
Can anyone help me locate the Preferences tab.

Re: TAWSS and OSI of the models present in Vascular Model Repository
Hello,
I tried with the following models.
1. 0024_H_AO_H
2. 0004_H_AO_SVD
3. 0014_H_AO_COA
4. 0013_H_AO_COA
All of these models are showing '0' values for TAWSS, WSS and OSI over the entire domain.
Thanking You

TAWSS and OSI of the models present in Vascular Model Repository
I am downloading the .vtp simulation results of the models present in the Vascular Model Repository. But the wall shear stress (wss), Time averaged wall shear stress (TAWSS) and Oscillatory Shear Index (OSI) results are showing to be '0' over the entire domain. I am interested in looking at the TAWS...
