In the opensim model the hip joint center is defined and the femur is rotated about this center but i didn't get how is calculated? If i want to change hip segment how can i calculate the new center(femoral head center)?

Hi, i found that i can use the SIMM to deform the bones and then import the model into OpenSim. I need a software to be able to define the abnormalities in ball and socket in hip joint for example a small bump on femoral head and i don't know that is it possible to do such this deformation with Open...
