RE: muscle fixation reference
<t>Hi,<br/> <br/> Well, it depends on which model you are using, if you use the once supplied with OpenSim they are based on several publications (muscles and joints). The best thing is that you have references to publications inside the osim file.<br/> <br/> Best way is to open the osim file in a t...

CMC dont track ankle
<t>Hi,<br/> <br/> This is a rather strange problem with CMC. IK and RRA gives a good solution for the ankle (motion is gait), now when running CMC and then looking at the joint coordinates (xxx_Kinematics_q.mot file) the right ankle is not tracked. The left one is, but the right one has a very bad s...

Hi
Trying to run the Thelen2003Muscle model, but I cant find any information about activation1 and activation2.

Moment arms
<t>Hi<br/> <br/> Quick question, but there is an option to calculate the moment arms in the plot tool. Now, my question is if there is any setting for any of the tools (like the analyser) that will do this for me and print it to a file.<br/> I looked around but didn't find anything.<br/> <br/> cheer...

RE: Calculated marker position from IK
<t>Cool, let us know if you find any bug or if you are looking for anything special.<br/> <br/> Now, the error is not really calculated, what we do in the vis tool is to calculate this. What you see in the GUI is your IK marker and the models marker. When the IK is solved you get the joint angle, in...
