I was previously using 3.1 so that is why I didn't use the automated setup script. But when I tried the automated setup script with 3.2, it worked.
I'm able to run most of the example scripts except for TugOfWar_CompleteRunVisualize.m, I'm still getting an error with the visualizer.

CMC and Forward Simulations
Hi,
I am able to run computed muscle control simulations through the command line but when I use the resulting controls file in a forward simulation, I do not get the tracked kinematics as my output. Any thoughts on why?

Setting step-size in forward dynamic simulations
I have been trying to run 1 second forward dynamic simulations. With the default step-size settings (0.00000001), the simulation stops and the output file only indicates the simulation got to 0.05 seconds. This file is 666,000 KB.
