Hi,all
I use the IK to calculate the wrist flexion&extension angle. Actually, the subject is doing a fixed speed flexion&extension at a very low speed. But the IK result is not similar with the real movement.
What can i do to improve the result?
Thank you for your advice!
Regards,
Jiamin

opensim is forced terminated for some reason
Hi, all
Today, when I launched the Opensim4.0, there was a error in the right corner. But I have no idea how it happened.
It is shown in the figure in the attachments.
Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Jiamin

scaling problems--not matching!!!
Hi,all I use one model to predict the wrist Flexion&extension angle. After the scaling, the scaling output is shown in the first picture. And before scaling, the markers are like that in the second one. The problem is that why the marker position is shifted in some direction. Why the markers are not...

could't find file .vtp
Hi, all I modified an existing Opensim model provided by Saul KR et al. I deleted some muscles useless in my project, and when I scaled the modified model, in the MESSAGES pane, it warned me that 'Could't find file thorax.vtp' and other .vtp files, shown in the figure below. Any advice would be appr...

But I don't know what "<CoordinateSet>" or <SpatialTransform> means. Also there are many other "<...> "--I can't understand how to set it. I am looking ...

update or change the existing model
Hi all, Recently, I planned to combine an existing upper limb model and EMG to predict wrist motion. But the model I adopted has many muscles and bones that I am not interested in. I want to ask that if I want to delete these muscles and bones, how can I do? Can I just delete the correspongding part...

Re: cannot open .osim file
Hi Thomas Uchida,
Thanks for your advice. But actually, I have already tried to open the model in version 2.4 and 3.3. It does not work.
I don't know how to fix it.

Jiamin
