Re: Contact force
Hello Thomas, I customised the script measure as instructed (attached), and altered the SCONE file (attached), however, I get invalid scenario prompt. Can you see what I am doing wrong? I have also attached screenshot of the prompt. My secondary supervisor has been helping me but he is not familiar ...

Re: Contact force
Hi Thomas, Thank you for your reply. I tried to do what you said by combining two GRF measures within a combined measure and just naming them with l and r suffixes (with the left one having a max of 0.1 vs the original 1.4 that was left as is for the right ). I also set the gait controller to be asy...

Contact force
Hello, Is it possible to reduce the ground reaction force of one leg in a SCONE simulation using an OpenSim model. I am an osteologist and have been using SCONE to replicate the individuals I am studying. One of them has an impairment in their hip and would have only partially weight bore on it. So ...

Re: Scaled model falling over
Hi,
It actually turned out to be a scaling issue. But the multiple optimizations helped with my other models so thank you!
All the best

Scaled model falling over
Hi I have scaled a model in OpenSim 3.3, ran it in SCONE using Tutorial 4a and optimized it, but after two steps the model falls over. It is scaled to represent a taller individual, do I perhaps need to change center of gravity in one of the tutorial files? Do the muscles scale automatically with th...

Re: Gait analysis
I ran the simulation for longer and it worked.
Thank you

Re: Gait analysis
Hi Thomas,
Oh yes, it is saying that there are not enough gait cycles. Will it work if I let it run longer?

Gait analysis
Hi, The gait analysis tab on SCONE will not superimpose my results over the template example of Bovi et al. (2011). When I run any of the tutorials it works though. But even when I just change the code for my model leaving the initial state gait and everything else the same it still won't work. Am I...
