LSGE link

Hi,

Unfortunatly I can not download the zip file for the LSGE Matlab library. Since it is required for the pipeline any help would be highly appreciated.

Thanks very much.

Error in SolveMuscleRedundancy_lMtildeState_actdyn_CasADi

Hi,

Solving the muscle redundancy problem with lMtilde as state I encountered an error at line 262. This can be easily fixed replacing

DatStore.Fiso with repmat(DatStore.Fiso,length(DatStore.time),1)

Re: Why does static optimization does not consider the force in the parallel elastic element

Hi, thanks very much for the detailed answer and the very interesting approach to include the force in the PEE. Dimitar's approach would be a straight forward extension of the present apprach implemented in OpenSim based on ignoring tendon compliance. However, this option is currently not available ...

Why does static optimization does not consider the force in the parallel elastic element

Hello,

According to the documentation the force in the parallel elastic element is not considered during static optimization. Does anybody know the reasons, why the the forces in the PEE is neglected and is there a possibility to include it?

Any answer would be highly appreciated!

How to reference figures including an OpenSim model

Hi,

I would like to ask a question which might be easy to answer. How do I reference figures including an OpenSim model in presentations and publications and is it mandatory to include the OpenSim logo in the figure?

Thanks very much
