Re: Simulation failed

Hi, Dave
Thank you so much!
So the coverage is try process, no standard for parameters setting.
So if I test steay mode is ok , run same parameters except inlet input for pulse mode, should be guaranteed to be coveraged?

Re: Simulation failed

Hi, Dave Thank you so much for your time. I ran mpi mode with 6 logic cpus, and the platform is: OS : win 10 x64 CPU: i7 8750H @2.2GHz physics 6core logic 12cores RAM: 32G Also , I use your recommandation step size (0.001), the steady mode is successful for 2000 steps(last residual is 1.453E-02, not...

Re: Automating Batch Simulations

Hi, Daniel and Developers
Could you share the steps to batch mesh generation and cfd computations?
I also have a lot of STL format files, and want to run CFD batch process.

Thank you so much!

Re: Simulation failed

Hi, David how are you! the link has the snap of hist.dat and model file, the results show no convergence. the failing case is always happening when huge anuersym or some stenosis occured, Some case ok , but some case failded , the parameters (mesh size 0.03 cm and time step 0.0001)are kept same. Is ...

Re: Simulation failed

Dear Developers, I had run a huge aneurysm simulation as attacehded. parameters are : mesh size max 0.03, elements 3394505. and steady mode, 4cc/s, and R is 0 ,Time step size 0.0001.Run 2000 steps. model link: https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/1f_Pg-lrN7YX3J7EGhDpzVZN81JZDbmTf?usp=sharing Could...

Re: implantation virtual stent

hi, David, How are you? Thank you for the detail explanation. And I want to simulate the stent graft or filuid direction in the vascular , so vascular surface not connect to stent or FD everywhere, maybe just only a small part. So large part will disconnect each other, there will be cavitiy. So I th...

Re: implantation virtual stent

hi, david, I have made a very simple cylinder data which a small one is inside. So it can simulate vessel ans stent inside. https://drive.google.com/open?id=1yGgaJPtaO2YHH-Yt_V8h3A-AE-mhpW8i I can import the model , and seperate the face. but I can not mesh it. Below is the log: 15.567 Warning Gener...

Re: implantation virtual stent

Hi, David, Thank you for still working now. I have done the solid boolean cutting that the stent has been cut from vessel. I have imported the STL to SV model part, and it will seperate the face by angle(50 in default). as you know , there is very huge number of faces on stent wall, so the SV can ne...
