Moco Track and external stimulation
Greetings everyone, I have some kinematic data of post-stroke patients and i would like to investigate possible rehabilitation strategies. I would like to know if i can use Moco Track and somehow model external stimulation effect (mimicking FES for example) to study how this affects (improves or not...

Re: Kinematics data channel name conventions
Greetings again, I have one more question. Navigating through the kinematics data provided, I noticed that for some subjects there are multiple passive flexion records (e.g oks008). I guess this is for optimizing the femoral coordinate system as it is described in the readme.txt. I would like to ask...

Kinematics data channel name conventions
Greetings everyone, I would like to ask a question about the name conventions in the provided kinematics data (tdms files). From what I have seen in the specifications, the data are recorded with the tibia fixed and the femur free. If that is indeed the case, then the 'Posterior Translation" channel...

ReactionForceMeasure range issue
Greetings, When applying the ReactionForceMeasure and trying to define the valid force range, SCONE comes up with an "Invalid scenario settings" message. This happens only if i add the range parameter, e.g. ReactionForceMeasure { range = {min = 1000 max = 2000} start_time = 0.2 minimize = true } In ...

Re: Scenario optimization: waiting for first evaluation
I managed to overcome this issue by setting the parameter "Perform optimization using external process" to 0, under the Tools/Preferences/User Interface tab.

Scenario optimization: waiting for first evaluation
Greetings, We currently try to optimize a SCONE scenario that tries to simulate the movement of the end point of the upper extremity. The scenario evaluation runs even though the resulted motion is not the desired one, but when trying to optimize the SCONE scenario the optimization process doesn't s...

Re: Use Scone to set body trajectory
Greetings again, I would like to use Mobl model of upper extremity to perform the above trajectory tracking. Since all examples are for gait or jump, is there something i need to consider or set up in order to make the model work? Also, when I try to use a similar approach as with standing jump, in ...
