Hi Dave,
Yes. You understand my problem for 1D SVsolver.
Before, I did not set any preference for the 1D Solver in GUI.
My 1D solver location s same as you suggested in the last post /usr/local/sv/oneDSolver.
But, SV is not finding the path. I am not sure why??
Thanks,
Surabhi

Re: Compute TAWSS and OSI
Hi Dave, Thank you very much for the reply. I think I did not write the question clearly. I would like to know about the in SV GUI the in which option I need to set the location for the 1D solver. Here, I am attaching the .png image please let me know that I did the setting correctly or not because ...

Re: Compute TAWSS and OSI
Hi Dave, Thank you very much for your response. Yes, I found the new svFSI execution file for Ubuntu 18.04. I was trying to do the simulation from the svSolver. I have some questions: 1. How to implement the impedance boundary condition? Or for this boundary condition we need do generate from the Ge...

Hi Dave,
May I know the update of the FSI solver. As you assured that it will be out soon for the Ubuntu 18.04.
I am using Ubuntu 18.04 on the VM VirtualBox6.0.
I am want to simulate some results for the FSI.
Please let me know about it.

Re: Compute TAWSS and OSI
Hi Dave, Thanks. Now, I am able to see the results for vOSI and vTAWSS. Here, I have some problems related to the FSI simulation in both ways. I did the svFSI solver setting in the GUI like this /usr/local/sv/svFSI/2018-07-03/svfsi 1.) When, I am running the simulation for svFSI through GUI then I a...

Re: Compute TAWSS and OSI
Hi Dave, Sorry, I am still not able to see the vOSI and vTAWSS in the average_results.vtp file also. I am in need to see the those results for the presentation. Please help me. I first thought it might be related to the steady flow but when I simulated the results for the PC-MRI flow rate data (mean...

Hi Dave,
Thank you very much for your reply.
I am using the VirtualBox 6.0.14 and Ubuntu 18.04.
I have the same error which I posted in the previous discussion related to the openmpi.
Thanks,

Re: Path selection 3D visualization
Hi Dave,
Still, I am not able to build svSover but I am working on GUI for time being.
I have to do some simulation for the presentation.
Later, I will more thoughts on this and find the way to build the svSovler.
I will come to you when I will have questions.
Thank you very much

Re: Compute TAWSS and OSI
Hi Dave, Thank you for your reply. I generated the .txt files of the results through GUI. When, I am seeing the all_results.vtp file which I converted using the Single file option. I followed the instruction given in the link https://simtk.org/plugins/phpBB/viewtopicPhpbb.php?f=188&t=8617&p=23689&st...

Compute TAWSS and OSI
Hi, I would like to thank you for the SimVascular Team for developing a great tool for the blood flow simulation and for the forum discussion. I am happy that I successfully did the blood flow simulation for the .stl file for the patient specific model. However, I have some of the follow up question...
