Re: Error when uploading images
While uploading images, the memory in use increase from 3GB to the maximum of 16GB (for my laptop), resulting in SimVascular crashing.I am unsure if this rapid increase of memory use is a typical experience.

Re: Unable to upload images
Hi,
I only have single series in the directory. However, whenever I attempt to upload images, SimVascular crashes. Do you have any recommendations to prevent the program from crashing?

Re: Simulation Guide:Presolver
I downloaded the necessary components. I was able to run a simulation using the example cylinder project, but for the aorta project I am unable to do so. I was able to successfully create files, but I receive these errors when I run the simulation.

Simulation Guide:Presolver
I am currently working on the simulation guide, and I attempted to create data files for simulation; however, a presolver doesn't exist on my laptop. How do I create or download a presolver, so I can proceed with the simulation?

Re: Unable to upload images
Also, is there a way to upload images all at once? I have 600 images to add, and I am assuming there is an easier way to upload images at once.

Unable to upload images
I have a DCM dataset which is the same as the aorta dataset. However, I am unable to add images to Simvascular. I am unsure what the source of error is. I select the image as an VTI, and I do not modify the scale if that provides insight.

Re: How to fix ledge in junction region
Thank you for helping me troubleshoot. Now that I can see the intersection between the two I am unsure what the exact error is. Do you have any insight?
