Re: Joint reaction analysis with static optimization result
BTW, I found that if I saved the states from GUI after implmenting static optimization, the muscle stations (activation and fibre_length) in the state file are all the same, which should have been the same as the station in the activation file originally. Why would this discrepancy appear? Thank you...

Joint reaction analysis with static optimization result
Hello all, I have got some unresonable results when I executed joint reaction analysis (the analyse tool) with static optimization result. The knee forces got so large that it couldn't be possible to reach. At first I wondered if it had something to do with my model or data, then I do the same calcu...

Re: static optimization freeze
Hello Junqi, Maybe wait a moment then it would run. I have met a similar situation when I ran a RRA process, and just waited for a few minutes, I found it began to run. I think the reason of this phenomenon may be the model used to simulate is too complicate. Hope you can find the way. Regrads, Chiho

Time is not corresponding between IK result and GRF data
Dear all: I have a question about ID(Inverse Dynamic) calculation: if my input data, IK(Inverse Kinematic) result and GRF(Ground Reaction Force) data do not have the same time stamp, what would OpenSim do during ID? I have come up with 2 guesses: 1.Find the corresponding point between IK and GRF dat...

Inconsistency between Scale error and IK error
Hi everyone, Recently when I implemented scaling process and the corresponding IK process(using the static data and scaled model), a weired phenomenon appeared, that their reported error are not the same. For example, the scaling max marker error is 0.0125m while the IK max marker error is 0.00423m,...

Re: Problem with exporting force data from C3D
Hi John,
Thank you so much again for your answer!!!
I think I have figured out the problem! And thanks to your help, I have some deeper undenstanding about force plate, which are ignored by me brfore. Your help is really admirable!
Sincerely
Chiho Ng

Re: Problem with exporting force data from C3D
Hi soroosh, Thank you for your reply! This tool would be helpful! However I want to integrate this conversion into my program, so I would like to figure out what the problems are when I using this function. Whatsoever, during the massive data processing, your tool is really helpful! Thank you for yo...

Re: Problem with exporting force data from C3D
Hi John, Thank you so much for your reply!!! It really helps! I have set all the force points whose corresponding force values are lower than the specific value, and I got the force point curves that were nearly the same as that plotted from the values of TSV files exported by QTM. However, I found ...

Problem with exporting force data from C3D
Hi everyone, I have met a problem when exporting force data from C3D file, which is the force points are not corresponding with the ones generated from the origin file(here is the qtm file from Qualisys). I have tried three versions of OpenSim and the results are the same. Does anyone know the reaso...
