Re: Edit xml Scale File via MatLab
Hi all, Sorry to reopen this channel. I have succeeded in creating a MatLab function to scale my model. Everything works perfectly. Nevertheless, everytime I run the code I got this message in my MatLab Command Window : Couldn't find file 'r_pelvis.vtp'. Couldn't find file 'l_pelvis.vtp'. and so on....

Re: Rajagopal's model bone geometry
Hi Ayman, Thanks for your great idea. Nevertheless, would it be possible that you tell me how to a create a new Frame on a body. I can't find this information. Moreover, this solution would also be possible for wrap objects? I ask this question because I can't find where it's indicated (in GUI or in...

Rajagopal's model bone geometry
Hi all, I'm using the Rajagopal's model to compute muscle-tendon unit lengths during passive joint sollicitation on children with cerebral palsy. In this population, bone deformities can be important. Thus, I would like to personalize the model geometry to the subject. Specifically, I would like to ...

Re: How good are added DoFs?
Hi Ton, Sorry to reopening this channel forum, but I am also interested in this kind of questions. More exactly, I would like to know how legit are my muscle-tendon length after adding external/internal rotation and abduction/adduction DoF to the knee. For example, my musculotendinous complex of the...

Re: Estimation of passive joint torques
Hi Thomas, After all, it seem that this is not the last question. As a reminder, I wanted to estimate the passive joint torques during a passive (without muscle activity) sollicitation. Experimentally, we mobilize the ankle of a subject with an handheld dynamometer, and we measure the kinematics tha...
