Re: Just downloaded 4.3 - interface fonts are microscopic
Tried both different methods to fix this issue, when I change the .conf file the program won't open anymore. When I tried to change it from the properties way then it opens but in a space I cannot access from my screen. Is there a different way to fix the font size problem?

Time for Scale Tool
I was wondering on average how long the scale tool takes to run in completion. I have scaled the pelvis, femur and tibia, but now the scale tool is just continually loading the execution. I am unsure if that is due to an issue in the scaling or if the opensim scaling just takes awhile to complete.

Scale Tool Issue
I am attempting to use the scale tool for the model I am using. I have made sure the markers on the model that are in the xml match the markers that are found in the trc file. What I have done was followed along with the webinar for tips and tricks on scaling, then put in the pairs for the pelvis an...

Re: Scaling/Virtual Markers
The hip joint center is a marker that was already in the motion capture data. The markers that I have added include the Mid ASI, Mid PSI, and Mid HJC. For these would I also have to calculate them using the motion capture data and make sure they also appear in the trc file?

Scaling/Virtual Markers
I am trying to scale the pelvis for the subject I am using. I have edited the markers to match the motion capture data we have collected, but have had to add virtual markers as described in the Webinar for Tips and Tricks on Scaling. When I add these virtual markers for scaling, and then try to use ...

Navigator Window
I am having issues viewing the Navigator window. I have created new markers on a model, but now it won't allow me to view the full navigator window, even when I close it out and reopen it. I have attached a picture a what it looks like when the window is open.

Re: Loading Motions
So the one that I am trying to load at the moment is using the 3DGaitModel2392 and loading the motion subject01_walk1_grf.mot while is located in the same file as the model. It continues to give me the same error when I try to load this motion to the model.

Loading Motions
My issue is that the OpenSim system will not load motions into the models. I was trying to load my own motion files into OpenSim which did not work. Then went back to the tutorials, and even the motion files in the tutorials would not work. The error given in OpenSim was that it "Could not associate...

Flatten Issue in Python
For the python code, what are the specifications that need to be included in the markers and forces section of the code? The error that I am receiving is "'AbstractDataTable' object has no attribute 'flatten'". Not sure where to go from here.
