Thanks for the reply, I just made a mistake on the direction. So the arrow direction is determined by the right-hand rule right?
Thank you so much for your detailed reply. Many thanks.

Perturbation controller
Hi Dr. Thomas Geijtenbeek: Thank you for your time. I'm writing to report a question while doing the tutorial 4(perturbaiton gait) simulation. I changed the 'force' to 'moment' during simulation, however, I didn't see any influence of this moment added on the body(while 'force' worked out well), and...

Excitation editor crashed
Dear experts:
I'm trying to edit the control constraints during CMC acrcording to my collected sEMG data, while importing the normalized .sto sEMG data to the excitation editor, it always crash. Does anyone know how to solve this problem? Many thanks.

Video output preferences
Dear Mr. Thomas Geijtenbeek: Hi, I'd like to know in the user preference setting, the 'output video quality' is set to 2, may I know what it means? Also I'd like to know if there's any settings that I can change the output .sto files from radians to degrees. (The InDegrees flag.) Also thank you for ...

Output inDegrees Flag
Dear professor/students:
Hi, I'm currently output some simulation IK results, are there any ways to set the inDegrees flag in .sto file?
I tried the 'convert files' function in opensim 4.3 while it didn't change the values in the .sto file.
Thank you so much for helping!

Choice between CMC and SO
Hi, recently I'm facing choices between using SO or CMC to estimate muscle force. While I found CMC is more sensitive to model parameters, such like muscle isometric force. I think it's due to the consideration of passive force contrast with SO. So if someone have some advice or experience of choosi...

Relationship between CMC calculated muscle force and model isometric force
Hi, recently I'm trying to build a subject-specific model in opensim. While I find that the isometric force of gait2354 will not be scaled during the scale part. So I'd like to know if MIMF(maximum isometric force) will affect the result of CMC. I change the standard gait2354 model's all muscle's MI...

Asking about the defination of score and P value
Hi, I'm new to the SCONE and after I run the tutorials of jump and also the Pathological Gait, I find in jump tutorial, the bigger the score is, the better performance the model will have, while it's opposite in the pathological gait. So I'd like to know about the maths behind this two parameters. B...
