Dear Thomas:
Thank you for your time first. My question is if SCONE support the contact force type of ElasticFoundationForce? I added a ElasticFoundationForce for meshes, but it seems there is no effect in scone, unlike HuntCrossleyForce.
Regard,
marco

Re: How to get joint angle in LUA script?
Dear Thomas Geijtenbeek:
I think use model:find_dof():position solves my question.
Thanks for the reference manual

How to get joint angle in LUA script?
Dear Dr. Thomas Geijtenbeek: Thank you for your time on replying first. Recently I'm scripting a controller for sit-to-stand motion. I'd like to know if there is any LUA function that can access the joint angle in the model? Thus I will detect different phases during the STS motion through hip angle...

Re: CMC muscle excitation controls
Hi ashley:
I also met this problem recently. Did you find any solutions? It seems that my constraints are not valid also. And also the excitation editor will crash during the process of adding max_nodes.
Thank you so much for your reply.
Regard,
marco

Questions about actuator constraints
Dear experts: I'm currently doing constraints on muscles during CMC to prevent unwanted activations. Referenced to https://simtk-confluence.stanford.edu:8443/display/OpenSim/CMC+Settings+Files+and+XML+Tag+Definitions#CMCSettingsFilesandXMLTagDefinitions-ControlConstraintsFile ,I added max nodes to i...

Can I constrian the activation in SO
Dear experts:
I'm currently working on static optimization function, I would like to know if it's possible that I can add some constraints on the muscles according to the normalized sEMG(like CMC can do)?
Thank you so much for your reply!
Regard,
Marco

Can I visualize the external force on tibia?
Dear experts: I'm adding external force on tibia to conduct my research. However, when using the 'Associate motion data' function, I find the external force is always relative to the opensim orginal point. While I indicate in the external load .xml file that the force should be exert on the tibia. H...

Excitation editor crashed when adding constraints
Dear experts: I'm facing with difficulites when doing constraints using the excitation editor. When I try to use the excitation editor to add max/min control constraint points in the editor, the editor often crash without any error message. Can anyone help with this problem? https://simtk-confluence...
