Modify an existing model
Hi guys, I have been attempting to modify the lower body of the Gait2354 to resemble that of a 12-year-old boy, using an article's data regarding segment mass, height, and radius of gyration. However, I have found that manual modifications alone may not be sufficient, as scaling segments can potenti...

obtain the information of models
Hi guys, I want to get all the information of one model, such as mass of each segment. Can I use the python code to gain this data quickly and how I acheive it. Hoping anyone can give me some advice or examples because I am not very fimilar about using python to solve problems in OpenSim. Best wishe...

CMC force report after disabling some muscles
hi, I want to study the changes in other muscles force after partial neck muscle injury. Now my plan is disabling damaged muscles, then running CMC. In fact, we know that the damaged muscles can not produce force or be stretched. However, I don't know how to control changes of fiber length. Does any...

Re: a question about filter kinematics
In addition to this question, I want to limit the variation of the muscle fiber length to simulate damaged muscles. How can I do that?

a question about filter kinematics
hi, I want to filter the kinematics because the curves are not smooth enough to get nice CMC results. I used two methods. One is using the lowpass function in Matlab2019a. The other is using the OpenSim own filter in CMC Tool interface. But I got different CMC results. 20210329105956.png Hope someon...

different outputs of the inverse dynamics tool between opensim4.1 and 3.3
hi, I converted an opensim3.3 head and neck model to the latest version(opensim4.1). But when I used the same motion file in the inverse dynamics tool, I found something different in the storage file. In opensim3.3, these titles are pitch2_moment, roll2_moment and yaw2_moment. However, in opensim4.1...

Re: Error Code
Because you should open it through opensim3
