Hello,friends
Have you solved the problem yet? I am currently going through the same issue and I use Rajagopal2015.osim. Are there criteria for modify if need to change max_isometric_force values?
Best regards!

Activation in Estimating_Joint_Reaction_Loads example
Hello, everyone! I performed static optimization using other model and found that some muscles had an activation of 1.Then I reviewed the reference results of the tutorial(Estimating_Joint_Reaction_Loads), and the same thing happened. here are the result of tutorial(show in image1). Is it normal? How...

Re: Static optimization (activation)
Activation is between 0 and 1. For details, please see the "Muscle Model Theory and Publications" section of the documentation and the papers listed there: https://simtk-confluence.stanford.edu/display/OpenSim/Muscle+Model+Theory+and+Publications . Thank you very much, I have a general idea of musc...

Re: Static Optimization (activation reach 1 and stays there for some time)
Hello, I argue that whether activations reach 1 and stays there for some time associates with muscle weak. I also confuse that how can I know muscle weak and what should I do to strenghthen it?(show in image.docx ) Should I change the max_isometric_force? If the answer is yes, what is the normal? Ba...

Static Optimization (activation reach 1 and stays there for some time)
Hello, everyone; When I use the model(Rajagopal2015.osim) to perform SO, some muscle actvations in my Static Optimization result reach 1 and stays there for some time; Though I try to increase the value of optimal force of reserve and residual actuator, the result does not change. Is it normal? If n...

Re: Static optimization (activation)
Hi every one, I am wandering respect to what the activation of the muscles (Static optimization results ) are normalized too? Is it correct to assume that they are normalize to a parameter which rap represents the MVC? thank you in advance Hello, I have the same confusion. Did you figure it out? So...

Re: Static Optimization
Hi every one, I have an upper body model, and I'm trying to do Static Optimization on Opensim Gui. When I load the .mot file, the actuators file and I launch the tool this error message appear: Assembly error tolerance achieved: 1.5203293311782939e-10 required: 1e-10. Model relaxing constraints and...

Estimate_Joint_Reaction
hello,
When I perform operation in the tutorial video, Example - Estimating Joint Reaction Loads , the following warning message(show blow picture) appeared in the message window.I want to know what this means and how can I fix it.
thanks

Scale problem
hello!
I am in trouble when I perform Scale Tool. Thongh I changed the parameters(showed file blow),the scale model is still the same.
I want to know how do I change the parameters so that the model can change with the parameters.
Thanks!
