Hi Dave,
That helps!
Where can I get information about the tags requires by the SV DICOM reader?
Thanks,

Import echocardiography and MRI DICOM images
Hello all, Does anyone know how I can import echocardiography images into SimVascular to create a model, mesh, run a simulation etc? I have a very hundreds of of images currently in JPG format. There is also a DICOM image viewer which allows me to view a video of the echo exam (the images are played...

Re: Simvascular compatibility with M1 chip in Mac
Hi Mostafa, I was successful in running SimVascular solver with a single processor, but mpirun ran into some errors, possibly due to the M1 chip. You can take a look here: https://simtk.org/plugins/phpBB/viewtopicPhpbb.php?f=188&t=14348&p=0&start=10&view=&sid=9902e06001161f31c8c81fa843b01c2c Best, M...

Re: minimal C++ build and example
Hi Dave,
No worries, I learned some things about OpenMPI that way
Thanks for going all the way to test this out on the M1 chip.
For now, I am set with Ubuntu 18 machine doing the jobs for me.

Re: Exporting to vtp
The C++ program works as intended and all_results-flow.txt, all_results-pressure.txt values match exactly with what the SV GUI outputs. Also, just to report the success of using svpost, here is how I used svpost to output the vtp, vtu and restart files: svpost -all -start 0 -stop 100 -incr 50 -ph -l...

Re: How to adjust the parameters of the coronary boundary?
Hello,
Thanks for all the explanation in these posts.
In the Coronary Normal example results, there is a mention of the makecortfile.py script for tuning the scaling factors for appropriate coronary flows. Is it available on github, possible with an example?
Thanks,
Mandar
