Re: svFSI error, Failed to project faces
Hi Sara, I use english so everyone can read it. I think that for the red line there is no problem, maybe just a visual difference between results of FS and results of MS ( I think you are solving a FSI ALE problem so you have 2 different domain). Talking about mesh motion I haven't try nothing yet. ...

Re: svFSI error, Failed to project faces
Hi David, Working on this topic I've seen that there can be some trouble about the "global ID" numeration. In particular some nodes have the same "Global ID" value. I leave a picuture attached to be more clear and hoping it can be helpful. The mesh in the attached image is obtained following the sv ...

Displacement
Hi everyone, I've a doubt about the displacement in FSI CMM simulation. Doing some simulations with deformable wall and analizing the results I've notice that the compute displacement is all the time greter that zero. It's that correct ? I mean, if I'm not wrong, the displacement show us the differe...

Re: Non-Newtonian model
Hi everyone, Talking about this topic, is now possibile to implement non-newtonian reology using GUI ? I'have seen the material present here : "https://github.com/SimVascular/svFSI-Tests/tree/master/04-fluid/05-nonNewtonian " but I don't know if it's possible to create and run those file from GUI. R...

Re: svFSI error, Failed to project faces
Hi Dave, Thanks for your help. As you suggest I've try to remove the GlobalNodeID from both the mesh ( I've done that using Paraview ). Now when I try to run the simulation the following error appears: " Program received signal SIGSEGV: Segmentation fault - invalid memory reference. " " /usr/local/s...

nonlinear residual definition
Greetings,
Someone can explain to me how the "Measure of the nonlinear residual " ( third column in histor.dat file ) and "Logarithm of the residual changeis" (fourth column) are computed?
thx
Mattia
